Application and approval for dispatching vehicles: According to the management regulations on the use of vehicles by the government, any unit or individual must obtain an application and approval before using a vehicle. Before using the vehicle, the user should apply to the superior management personnel through the vehicle application system within the unit's internal network, and the management personnel will make an approval after receiving the application, and the result will be automatically sent to the system. If the approval is passed, the vehicle is allowed to go out ; if the approval is not passed, the vehicle will report to the police immediately if the vehicle goes out illegally.

Entry and exit monitoring: When the vehicle enters or exits the gate or supervision area, the data acquisition system automatically collects the data in the electronic vehicle certificate, registers, judges, etc. The system is in the state of automatic monitoring and collection. When a legal vehicle enters and exits, the system passes the judgment and displays the release, so that the vehicle can pass freely, and the system will record the vehicle entry and exit time; when the illegal vehicle enters and exits, the system will automatically alarm and the automatic barrier will not open ; only when the label is damaged, The system will automatically prompt, and the staff can just change the card, or manually release it. At the same time, the system will automatically control the monitoring camera to take pictures or record the passing vehicles, and the image data will be automatically stored by the computer for query.

Record query: According to multi-directional combination conditions such as time and vehicle information, this system can query and manage vehicle traffic data in real time to meet management needs.

General vehicles use special RFID windshield tags, which can be identified accurately, with high sensitivity and long-distance identification. RFID technology realizes the intelligent and automatic management of vehicle entry and exit.
